EDUGATES® Team

The core team of EDUGATES® includes:

1.   Mr Saad Abou Chakra, Founder and C.E.O. of EDUGATES® International. He is a lifetime educator with over 35 years of successful experience establishing and managing international schools in the GCC, the Middle East and the UK. He is an expert in school start-up and management, and has vast knowledge of the world’s many educational systems and associated examinations.

2.   Ms Angela Gattung, EDUGATES® Senior Education Consultant. She has been a teacher, school manager and principal in NZ and has worked in the Gulf as an advisor, senior administrator and consultant. Her special interest area is leadership and teacher development and training.

3.   Mr Hassan Sabbah, EDUGATES® School Development Director. He is an experienced K-12 school manager who has successfully lead MADAR International School since 2005. His main areas of expertise are school start-up, system development, school administration and HR policies and procedures, business strategy, planning and budgeting, and staff training and development.

4.   Mr Michel Braidy, EDUGATES® IT Director. He has been a teacher, IT-programmer, and school manager in a range of international contexts. In his current position he leads a group of programmers in the development and implementation of EDUGATES® AEMS integrated school management software system.

5.   Mr Raymond Jaber, EDUGATES® Finance Manager. He has been a maths teacher, head of department and author of mathematics textbooks. Employed with EDUGATES® since its inception, he now manages the company’s finance and business affairs.

6.   Mr Salim Kahi, EDUGATES® Business Development Executive. He has worked in marketing and sales in a variety of private business contexts across the GCC and is responsible for increasing and managing EDUGATES® stakeholder relationships.

7.   Miss Diana Rayyan, EDUGATES® Personal Assistant to the CEO. She is responsible for the office and administrative functions of the company.
