EDUGATES® International History
EDUGATES® International was established in Lebanon in 2001. Founded by Mr Saad Abou Chakra, it originated from his concept of how robust schools should be organised and managed for optimum student learning. In particular, emphasis is placed on three conditions; high standards of academics and discipline and the importance of mutual trust among stakeholders. The EDUGATES® system prepares students for university study with academic curricula, effective class instruction methods and a rigorous programme of testing and follow-up. Relevant international education research is used to support continuous improvement in company systems and processes.
